"I couldn't have asked for a better job, with absolutely no hassles or problems for me to solve. The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."

Jeff Chandler was involved in the process every step along the way. I was at work and he took pictures at each step letting me know not only what was being done but providing me with pictures as well for my approval. It feels now as though I have an additional room on the back of my home! Project costs, which were very reasonable and competitive, were as estimated. Yard was cleaned and left as it was before the work was done. This is the third project C&A did for me. They built an entirely new fence to the specs I requested and hung cabinets in my laundry room! "This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant.
