They stained the deck to match the house and it looks wonderful. They also tore down our old rotten deck which was not small (10×43) to build the new one and disposed of the rotten material for us!. I watched them on camera as they worked and they did not slack. Their teamwork is off the chain. "We hired Calderon for a large interior painting project. After getting several quotes and checking references and reviews, I chose them based on their competitive pricing. I was told the project would take 3?5 days. While the overall paint job looks decent, the project ended up taking 8.5 days. Most days, only two painters were on site, and one day there was just one. On day four, the crew didn?t arrive until nearly 1 p.m. After the initial walkthrough on day one, we never saw the supervisor again. There was no clear communication or project oversight, and we had to direct the workers ourselves about what was to be painted. On the final day, the team appeared to rush, resulting in paint splatter on doorknobs, hardwood floors, and kitchen tiles. I had no idea when the project would be completed until the very end. Additionally, the house was left covered in drywall dust, requiring significant cleanup. Due to the lack of communication, delays, and the cleanup required after they left"

"Narciso and his team repainted our guest bedroom, guest bathroom and did touch-ups around our house to perfection. It started out with very dark paint, and the switch to light colors required 4 coats! And they did a beautiful job. Within 24 hours of calling, Narciso came to our house. The next day, he emailed us a quote. We signed the contract and his team started painting the next morning. The cost was very reasonable, particularly in comparison to another highly rated company’s quote. We will be using them again for future jobs."

"The Santiago team showed up on time and proceeded in covering the walls and flooring with protective sheeting, which was a plus...no dust. The ceilings needed repair, nail pops throughout and some retaping in the great room. Lasers were used to position the taping, which turned out perfectly. There were a couple of spots that were overlooked, but were promptly addressed. All in all, we are very satisfied with Santiago Home Improvements and their professionalism."
