"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Greatest! Yesterday I contacted Angi for a plumber. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Mr Bollman. We discussed the problem. We discussed the price and we set up an appointment for today. He arrived early and even went looking for me when no one answered the door. I was in the barn and he came out to tell me he was here. Inside we went and he had all his tools ready to go to work. He discovered the problem within a few minutes. I thought it just needed to be snake but he discovered exactly what was wrong and he fixed it in no time at all. So professional, personable, knowledgeable and prompt was Ron Bollman. I was so impressed and I have to say, it was the best at home service call I have ever experience. Will be calling him again for a job I need done in the basement. If you have plumbing needs, I don't think you could ever find a better choice. Price was deducted by 10% because I was a senior. "The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."
