"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"The work was fantastic. I wasn't home at the time of service, but my wife was--she was very impressed! Aqua Pressure Washing was very, very thorough. A crew of 3 showed up on time and spent about 3 hours on the roof making sure every inch of gutter and downspout was cleaned exceptionally well. After finishing work on the roof, the crew cleaned up after themselves which left my yard and deck cleaner than it was when they arrived. I knew the price would be over & above what I purchased from their Angie's List Deal simply because my house has more linear footage of gutter than what was advertised in the deal. But they only charged $50 more than what I paid for the Deal so that was a great price! The only room for improvement would be timeliness of their initial response after I purchased the Deal. I recall it was about 7 days or so before someone called to schedule the service. Not a big deal to me; the service date ended up being perfect--two days before Thanksgiving, so the house looked much better for our guests. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN for some big projects we have next Spring!"

Robert Wood supervised the job though-out and ensured that all the details were addressed. Cleanup was ongoing throughout the three day period that they were here. Annette was on site for the entire three days to supervise the cleanup activity, which was considerable. Other than the new roof, you could not tell they were here once the job was completed. Their price was fair for the size of the job."
