We do VLM which stands for very low moisture, where we lightly spray your carpets with a solution that cleans out the certain stains in your carpet, its not a one solution fits all. We use the solution that best removes the stains you have, urine, makeup, kids juice, blood, etc. Our carpets dry in about an hour because we dont shoot down a bunch of water and try to suck it all back up, thats how stains come back, and carpet are wet fro days. Jad pointed out all of the places on our loveseat that could be improved, like fixing the stuffing in the arms of the chair, even though I’d only initially asked for it to be reupholstered. He didn’t charge me to redo the throw pillows, and in all did a great job. I cannot recommend this business highly enough, and look forward to using them in the future."

"Metro Leather Furniture Restoration sent two repairmen?Eddie and Christian-- to our home to repair a sofa and chair. To paraphrase a line from the movie ?Jerry McGuire? they had us at hello. We?ve had a good amount of work done in our home over the last year so it was refreshing to have people arrive on time, pleasantly introduce themselves, and do everything possible to do the job right. When Mike came out to do our estimate about a month earlier we explained that we wanted to have the sofa and chair repaired only if the pieces could be relocated to the rec room. Within minutes of arriving at our home, Eddie and Christian carefully moved our 96-inch sofa to our downstairs rec room, without damaging anything in our home. The 13-year old furniture suffered from a broken frame and loose webbing and the chair needed rewebbing as well. After each piece was repaired and reassembled we were encouraged to try the pieces to see if the improvements matched our expectations. My husband asked to have foam added to the back of each piece to increase lumbar support and the repairmen accommodated his request. Overall, we are pleased with the result. While the estimate Mike provided was fairly accurate we wish that the repairmen had arrived with the materials needed to provide extra cushioning to the seats because more than rewebbing was needed for comfort. However, we will schedule that work for later. I would use Metro Leather Furniture Restoration again and I would recommend them to others."

"The house was quite dirty after construction and they did good cleaning in some areas but not in other areas. There was still dirt on the window sills and some parts of bathroom, laundry and some tiles in basement were whiter than others so not uniform looking."

"Gregory and another gentleman with him were exceptional. They were very professional. Showed up at our place on time, helped with moving some of our furniture and cleaned our carpet spotless.. while taking their machines up the staircase they were very careful and didn’t leave a scratch on the walls. I would definitely hire them again. They were resonabaly priced and it fit right within my budget."

"Excellent. Wayne and his assistant arrived promptly on time, were very professional and friendly. They moved furniture - sofas, tables, chairs, etc., - and placed heavy cardboard pads or styrofoam blocks under the legs when they put items back so as not to stain carpet. When they were finished I mentioned a couch I had in the family room that needed cleaning and they said they could do that also for a small additional charge. My carpet is a light beige over 25 years old and they make it look almost new. I have used them in the past and will continue to call them when needed."
