"Sales process was seamless and professional. Multiple follow-ups were courteous. Free Gutter Cleaning offered to close the deal. Extra $100 off from ValPak coupon included in proposal. Price was competitively lower than other vendors, but the some of the difference made up in extra charges for flashing added at time of install. This was stated ahead of time in the contract as a potential extra, but other vendors just include the flashing as standard. If you have roof heating cables in place that you want put back correctly after installation, either supervise directly or do it yourself post installation. I’ll have to redo our heating cables as they weren’t repositioned correctly. The install crew was pleasant and finished cleanup by 3:30pm and vanished without a word. They only missed a few scraps of aluminum which our dog promptly found so definitely do a secondary cleanup after they leave. "
