"I've used them several times, they are quite good. They were excellent, they did the job, the prices were good. They're dependable. If there's a problem, they come back.
I have a service plan and so they came out to check the heater and they had to replace something on the heater, like a wheel because the fan was blowing cold air. They replaced it and did maintenance on it and repaired anything that needed to be repaired."

"Justin arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He advised me to call him if there were any further problems. The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. On the second visit, Justin replaced an additional part and everything has been fine since. I am happy with the work that Justin performed and would certainly recommend him to others."

"Marco Newan was very professional and respectful . He installed a feature wall with electrical fire place and built in TV. I appreciated his eyes for detail as he is a perfectionist. He cleaned his work area regularly and even mopped the floor at the end of the work day."

"I have a contract with them.  It took them quite a few times, but I think they finally fixed the problem that I had with my heating unit.  Everybody was polite and caring.  It took 5 or 6 visits for them to figure out what the problem was.  I think and hope so the issue is resolved.  My overall experience was very good.  The quality was okay."

"this is a long one i had the repair man come to my house to look at my frige. He showed up 1h and 40mins late. He got there and recommend me to their store because it would have cost me about 500 to fix the issue. So i got there and they set me up with a "brand new frige" with minor dings. my appointment was a monday (11 to 1) never showed up i call around 3 pm and the rep said they got a flat so it would have to show up the next day. i called that morning to let them know i took off again so they could come early. (they were late again) when they got here while taking out the frige they chipped my paint in the kitchen door way (i dont move furniture on a daily basis and didnt have a problem) then when they got to the front door they broke my front molding (we managed to patch it up) they managed to swap the frige (while cursing every bump or snag they hit) just to get the frige in the kitchen to tell me that the water line was broke while "loading it on to the truck" so you can see the frustration. They plan to give me a newer model for the inconvenience (this sat but we know it will really be monday and im going to have to take off AGAIN) I can say i appreciate them trying to correct the issue companies"

FAQs for appliance (microwave oven) installation and replacement projects in Medford, NJ

A pro can finish the job in one to three hours. Countertop models are the quickest, but built-in, drawer, and over-the-range units take longer because the installer may need to run a new outlet, modify cabinets, or add venting. Any add-ons can push the timeline closer to the three-hour mark. Hiring a licensed installer ensures the wiring is safe and the appliance operates at peak performance.

Because an over-the-range microwave doubles as a range hood, it needs proper venting. You can opt for a recirculating model that filters and recirculates air back into the kitchen, or a ducted unit that exhausts outdoors. Are you unsure which route suits your cooking style? Ask your installer for guidance before making a purchase.

Only microwaves labeled “over-the-range” have the built-in venting and lighting that’s necessary for safe, code-compliant use above a stove. Countertop models don’t have those safeguards. Before you swipe your card, have a licensed microwave installer confirm you’re choosing the right unit for the space and ensure compliance with local codes.

It’s best not to install a countertop microwave in your cabinets. Countertop models aren’t designed for use in an enclosed cabinet, and blocking those vents can trap moisture or even create a fire hazard. A built-in or drawer microwave is designed for tight spaces. Run your plans by an installer to make sure you’re buying the right style for the spot.

You don’t need an electrician if the outlet already meets the microwave’s power needs and sits in the right spot. In that case, you’re good to go ahead with the installation. If the outlet is undersized, outdated, or too far away, hire a licensed electrician to install a new one and ensure everything is code-compliant.

With routine care, most microwaves last between five and 10 years. To help them reach their maximum lifespan, wipe up spills immediately, wash the grease filter periodically, avoid using metal dishware, and close the door gently. Those simple habits reduce malfunctions and keep the appliance running smoothly for the long haul.
