One of the log splitters malfunctioned on the first day, and they still completed as much as they could on the first day, and completed the job on the second day, no extra travel fee etc... "It went very well. The owner warned me that they would take down the tree quickly which would leave dents in the ground as the tree hit the ground. He promised that they would not damage any shrubs and structures. We also had the option of cutting down the tree in a more controlled, slower and more costly fashion. We opted for the fast tree removal and were pleased that they did not leave any dents in the ground. The workers who came did not appear to speak much English, which made communication a little more difficult. Overall, this was a very good experience.
