"Randy from D & D showed up on time, was professional, friendly and efficient. He completed the repair in a short period of time and was very cheerful about how hard it was to reach the valve. (“I’m used to it.”) After he replaced the valve he showed us the old one and pointed out what was wrong with it—and he explained why it happens. He’s the grandson of the founder and a 5th generation plumber. We were very pleased with the work and with him."
