It is poor practice to ask if Friday is an acceptable day to return a carpet and get the answer,"Yes but we need it for the weekend". Then deliver it on Sunday without explanation. I paid nearly $700 for two chairs, a largish sectional and a 9X12 rug. Stiff by itself but I trusted the reviews on this site and expected an excellent result. Very disappointed."
