I have over 15 years of construction experience as a teen and young adult but have spent the last 13+ years performing facility maintenance for my local school district where for the last five years I ran the department. I had to leave the district because of certain life situations, so I decided to start my own handyman service to enable me to be more involved with my family's needs. I am YNOT Services LLC and am Licensed and insured to do work as well as accredited with the BBB in Colorado. I am offering quality work at an affordable rate, and I do things the right way every time. If there is ever a job, I can't do I will not be shy about saying so, but chances are I will have a few suggestions as to who can. I am a lifelong resident of western Colorado and want the people of the area I grew up in to get quality service that won't break the bank.

29 years in various trades. Drywall, carpentry, glazing (glass repair/ install). Can haul your junk, all around handyman.

"Ben is Great! Ben asked all the appropriate questions about the project and organized the entire thing. He finished the project quickly ,cleaned up and completed it faster that I thought.. He showed up on time, is professional and super easy going to communicate with. Thank you for helping us on the ranch Ben! Itâ  s great to have a warm mudroom again!"

"He had to reschedule due to weather which was totally understandable. But service was great!"

"Stoner construction was fantastic. We started with a small job and the scope grew and grew. Chris was with us every step of the way. Chris and his crew were professional and curtious. Coordination with other trades and vendors was handled well. And this was all during COVID supply chain challenges. We had delays from vendors. But stoner construction was able to adjust accordingly. In the end the job was completed within our budget. The quality of work is excellent. We are very satisfied and would use stoner construction again for sure."

"I hired Divide creek construction to do a remodel on my camper and it came out amazing, tore out old rotted flooring and boards, made a new bed frame out of oak for me and made the bed room big with more space to moved around, they also tore out the cheap water damaged flooring and replaced it with new interior wood flooring, they did such an amazing job with their work if I have more remodeling or building jobs in the future I?ll definitely hire them again!!!!!!"
