"I would recommend Remedy Residential to anyone and everyone. We are absolutely thrilled with the remodel Eric did for us as well as with how great it was to work with him. His skill set is immense along with his knowledge about old homes and new. In our case, our house in North Boise was built lathe and plaster in the 1930s. He knew exactly how to handle it and everything that comes along with working on it. He maintains good communication, has great recommendations and in general is an all around great guy. We appreciate all the work he did, all the sub contractors that he managed and for how well he kept everyone accountable. I will undoubtedly reach out to him again for our next project."

"It went very well. Initially, as with all fence repair companies, they were "several weeks out" for scheduling us. I had tried to schedule with several other companies, and in all three cases, they either never responded, or did not show. G&T Home Repairs set a date with me a couple weeks out. Then they showed up on that day. They called me a couple of times to remind me. They also called me the day off, to let me know they were running late, but the did show up at the new time. I would definitely use them again, and have their card stuck on my fridge."

"We were very pleased with the entire process. Brent Jaramillo gave us the quote and was our point of contact throughout the process and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. The workers arrived on time, worked quickly, and we were very pleased with the resultant quality. We also made our own small retaining wall which required some flexibility from Butte and they were very accommodating with our scheduling requirements. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire transaction and would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a high quality fence installed."

"I have horses on a small acreage property. Most of the fencing that was present needed to be replaced. The acreage is on a mountain terrain with very little flat ground and in many places shallow rocky soil. Not the easiest fencing job in the world. Terrance had the expertise and background to install a sturdy fence complete with rock jacks and rock cribs for support that should be in good shape for 50+ years. Terrance returned phone calls quickly, came out and did a detailed estimate and started working immediately after getting all the required materials together. He and his crew worked long hours steadily from start to finish and completed the job in less than a week. From start to finish, Terrance was ready to answer any questions I had and if a problem arose during construction due to some aspect of the terrain and a change needed to be made he discussed the solution with me. Terrance was courteous and professional, has the expertise needed and completed the work described in the contract completely and promptly."

"Quadra inspected the crawl space and discovered water underneath and on top of the vapor barrier. The estimated work and time needed for full mitigation was two weeks. The cost estimate was on accurate, but needed an addendum to account for an additional pump due to the extensive amount of water. The crawl space was approximately 2,000 sq. feet to be mitigated. Their work included cutting an additional access hole to provide entry to otherwise inaccessible areas in the crawl space. They had to trench a perimeter ditch along the inside of the foundation, provide fans to accelerate the drying process, remove the previous vapor barrier, install plastic pipe within the ditch, along with gravel/rock for future water invasion, connect the piping to two sump pumps which in turn were connected to a trench they dug to our previously existing French Drain. Great, hard working guys did all of this within two weeks, to account for the initial drying out period and the challenging work of digging in a very low, constricted space. <br />"
