His easy-to-understand explanation of products to be used, why they use them and how they will be used was exceptional. No aggressive sales pitch. The confidence in his teams’ workmen ship was evident in his presentation. Licensing, insurance, BBB info all available in hard copy. From the time the dumpster arrived through delivery of the products and two-day completion of a new roof the process was flawless. The workmen ship and attention to detail was exceptional. Team leader Leno and his crew worked systematically from tear down to clean up to finish product. Their estimate was on point, no money up front, who does that? "Extremely well. I had contacted several companies/contractors for estimates for a new roof. The estimates were provided in a timely manner. However, the time for the actual work was a problem. You see our homeowners insurance company was leaving Florida and the new insurance carriers felt a new roof was needed and gave us less than two weeks to complete. During this time, we checked on Angie’s List. In less than three hours, Joe McGinnis with Renewpro responded. Joe come by, looked at what was needed and gave us an estimate. "At first, there was a warranty issue after Hurricane Irma and frustration. I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some "bad apples". "We recently bought a fifty-year-old fixer upper house that needed many renovations. We hired Matt Ray to update two of the bathrooms, remodel the kitchen and remodel the main living area. Matt and his crew did a wonderful job. As we expected in a fifty-year old house, there were some unknown issues as we remodeled, and Matt helped us address them as they came up. Matt kept us informed and updated on the progress the entire time. He also made suggestions based on the renovations we were looking for and made us aware of items we may want to address based on the age of the house. Matt and his crew went above and beyond! "Joe had a crew of four men on the job every day, and was generally on the roof with them most of the time.  In the course of tearing off the old roofing, they found a great deal of damaged and rotten wood, and set about repairing it as rapidly as they found it.  By the time they finished, they had replaced 13 full sheets of plywood and 150 feet of 2 x 4's -- and I wondered how bad the time and materials charge was going to be.  It turned out to be less than $1500 above the agreed-to price, and I was very pleased. <br /> The job was finished in four days and the final product was a great new roof. <br /> I think the one thing that impressed me the most about the workmanship of the crew was that every day they spent roughly the last half hour cleaning up the worksite, including rolling their large magnet completely around the house to ensure that there were few, if any, nails or other metal objects lying around to puncture an unsuspecting human of canine foot ! <br /> Joe Bouolais has all the equipment necessary to do all his work -- including a large dump truck that remained on site throughout the project to handle all the removed materials, including all of the wrapping papers for the "peel and stick" underlayment and the the wrapping on the actual shingle bundles.  At the completion of the work, the crew did an extremely thorough inspection of the property, even hand picking small pieces of roofing materials out of the flower beds,  The truck was then carefully covered with a large tarp for a trip to the local dump.  He also has a work trailer with all of his tools, including a gasoline powered air compressor for his many nail guns, that remained on site for the entire job. <br /> In summary, I could not have been more satisfied with the job done by Joe Boulais and his crew and can recommend Boulais Roofing to others without hesitation.  They do extremely quality work. <br />"
