Considering how back logged so many in the industry are they were relatively quick in getting to us. The rain delayed completion by a couple of days but the workers worked so hard to complete the roof as quickly as possible. "Great!. My 90 year old mother had damage to her home due to Hurricane Irma. We were very lucky to have ReNew Pro, Inc. and in particular DAVE CAPPS answer our call for help. Dave met with us first to review the damage, then met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all the damage was covered in the adjuster's report. He dealt directly with our Homeowner's insurance company which made the entire process go smoothly. The entire roof needed to be replaced. Gutters and screens needed replacement. A shattered glass panel needed replacement and a window had to be re-secured. Some painting was needed in the interior ceiling due to water damage. Dave was in constant contact with us. Each day debris was picked up during the roofing process. Dave oversaw not only the roof but all the other repairs from the initial permit application until everything was done and inspected by the City of Melbourne. Very pleased with the entire process."

"At first, there was a warranty issue after Hurricane Irma and frustration. I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some "bad apples". Hiring Rick Phelps to run the show along side the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company.
