"I’ve used Green’s many times over the past 18+ years (furnace, AC, etc.) and have always received great service. I was just at my mother’s house to let the technician in to repair her stove. They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. They also sent me a text with an introduction to the technician (including a photo) so I would know who to look for. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. He figured out the problem quickly and gave me a price (down to the penny, including tax) for the work before replacing the igniter. He fixed the stove and even cleaned up the burners so they would work better. This company is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"It went pretty well. The 2 employees were friendly, and worked efficiently. The only problem was an old stain surfaced that hadn't been previously visible. (It had something to do with the type of chemical used by the previous owners to clean.) I called and the workers came back and worked on the spot. Unfortunately, it returned after the carpet dried. I emailed and 1 worker came back to try again. The spot is much lighter, but not gone. I'm sick of dealing with it at this point, and since we'll eventually replace the carpet with hardwood, I haven't had them come back to try again. (Which they offered to do.) The rest of the carpeting looks very good."

I contacted Des Moines Comfort for a 2nd estimate and when the owner arrived he thought the 1st company's assessment of the unit to be a little sketchy. He offered to have a tech come out free of charge to troubleshoot before offering his estimate. Sure enough, the first company lied to me hoping for the bigger sale. The technician, Rory was able to repair the unit for $175. He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of free advice. Highly recommend Des Moines Comfort! Don't get fleeced by another company!"

"Could not have gone better from initial contact to completion of installation. My salesman, Dean Stockton, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. He presented options for a new system at various price points, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each proposed system. I did not feel pressured or intimidated at any time during this process. I selected a system and the installation took place the very next day. The installation technicians (Nathan and Todd) started at about 8 AM and were done by early afternoon. The installation looks great, very clean and well-executed. They took the time to explain each aspect of the system and how to perform minor maintenance (filter changes, etc.). They also meticulously cleaned up the job site and made sure I was satisfied with all their work. The new system is unbelievably quiet (can barely tell it's operating) and I'm sure I will experience some significant savings in operating costs. If you want the very best, look no further than Thermal Services. They may not be the cheapest place in town, but you get your money's worth and then some. The approximate cost of the service was $15,800.00."

"The technician came on time and performed a furnace check to see if it is working properly and did some cleaning of some parts and also changed the filter. The cost for the filter is extra and so are the costs of parts needed. <br />"

"These guys, simply put, are awesome.  In purchased a rather large home in February of this year, and have had problems with the 2nd floor staying cool, along with AC continuously running, and huge utility bills.  Today they came out to the house about 8AM, and started the process of sealing the ductwork from the inside out.  Basically they block off all of the registers, and then pressurize the system with a solution that will seal holes in the ducts.  If you want to know more about the science of it, hit up their website and watch the videos. <br /> Before the ducts were sealed I could barely feel anything coming out of the registers upstairs.  Now they can easily blow paper away from the registers if they were covered.  He provided me with printouts of the CFM (Air Loss) before and after the sealing process, and I couldn't be happier with the results.  <br /> My home is more comfortable, and I'm sure my utility bills will be lower."
