"We needed a new roof and AAA had good ratings on Angie’s list so we requested they come give us an estimate for a new roof, estimator was very professional, nice, answered all our questions. It was a warm spring and they were able to fit us in right away which was great. The appointment went smoothly, the day of the install came and the roof was off and the new roof on the same day. They cleaned up and left. The workmanship on the roof was good. A year later we have had no issues and are happy with our new roof. The issue we had was with cleanup. They said they would take a metal detector around the yard to pick up any old nails they had dropped, but a week after the new roof was put on I stepped on one that was hidden in the grass and put it about 1/4 inch into the middle of my foot. So a visit to the doctor and tetanus shot for me. After this incident, the company did come back out with the metal detector, but we found at least 10 other nails around the house that were missed. I would rate the workmanship very high, but I would hope they might revisit their cleanup routines, maybe plastic sheeting on the ground around the house before they start would allow them to successfully find the nails and other debris? <br />"

"Action roofing walked the whole roof and said that, although the East side of the roof looked good for 5 years, the West side only had 2 years. The East side is more protected so that made sense. Albert, the owner, was personally involved and gave me estimates of; just fixing the stack & flashing, patching the roof, and a full roof replacement. They worked really well with us, explained the quality of the product, adhered to the date perfectly, had courteous and conscientious roofers, and clean up was very good. Call Action Roofing!"

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."
