"While the start date of getting a new roof put on slid due to weather, the G&G crew started the roof tear-off on time. They were very thorough about what needed to be repaired. I met with the project manager, Jimmy O., onsite and he explained all that needed to be done and the associated costs. The crew had the roof dried in on day 1. The shingles were delivered in the afternoon on day 2 and the crew finished installing the shingles on day 3. The roof looks great and they left the yard with very little evidence that they had been there. I would not hesitate to use G&G again. Just understand that due to the amount of work they have and wrestling with the weather, the lead time from signing the contract to job completion can be awhile (mine took about 20 weeks but as good as they are, G&G can't control the weather!). I would rather have a quality job done right and it take longer to complete than to have an interior result."

"From start to finish, Wiedmann Roofing did an amazing job of replacing a new roof on our home. If you're looking for the best engineered roof, most efficient service and fairest affordable price, this is the place to go. While replacing our soffits and fascia (different project), the contractors discovered that there was a significant amount of deterioration in some of the roof frame, which would have to be replaced before they could complete the job. To help us through this unexpected emergency, the folks at Gutters Unlimited (equally amazing!) contacted Wiedmann to see if they could get a crew out to give us an estimate for the repair. Joe B contacted us and came out to inspect the damage and discovered that there were a number of other problems with the existing roof that should also be addressed (e.g. no metal channels in the roof valleys). He gave us an estimate for the repair as well as an estimate for a complete replacement. The cost of a new roof was about four times the cost of a repair, so we decided to get a new roof. Definitely the right decision. Joe B gave me a detailed scope of work that showed exactly what I would be getting, including Tamko Titan 160 mph Shingles (39 squares), new drip edges, new goosenecks and ventilation stacks, peel and stick underlayment, replacement fascia wood and plywood, and of new valley metal--all top-of-the-line stuff. He was able to schedule the start date within two weeks of contract signing. Work began right on time and was done quickly and professionally in about three days. There was a fair amount of wear and tear to a lot of the underlying plywood, which requited replacing, but this did not slow down the installation crew at all. Daily clean up was meticulous. The bottom line is that Wiedmann stepped up to help us out of a jam, came through with a superlatively-engineered solution and gave us a remarkably fair price (significantly less than all of the estimates that we had received from some other roofers). During the entire process, communication was effortless. I ask a lot of annoying questions and they answered all of them patiently and clearly. Joe A was a fountain of information on design and installation and Emily offered tremendous assistance in dealing with permits and inspections. "Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. After some confusion at the start regarding the roof warranty, transfer process etc, Jared stepped in to clarify and get things all squared away. He then put me in touch with Brian V in their repairs division and Brian quickly contacted me and set up an appointment. "The easiest way to say it is , they did a great job on my shingle roof. They showed up at the times they told me, no delays , they got the permits, hauled off all the old material. Cleaned up everyday. The installers were very good to deal with. Always ask if I was satisfied with what they had done each day. They lined up the inspections that had to be done on time. I can not say how nice it was to deal with a company like that. Oh by the way I was a roofing contractor before I retired! I would recommend them to anybody, and just did to my best friend!
