"Real Good Roofing made our roof repair and skylight replacement stress-free. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, and performed the work quickly and professionally. Everyone we dealt with, from the office to the consultation to the repair and installation, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful in answering all our questions and providing a lot of useful information. We are very happy with the work they did on both our roof and our new skylights, and won't hesitate to call them again!"

"All went very well. Sam Dolan is a real pro. in the quoting dept. The guys who did the roofing repairs worked very hard and had very good customer skins as well. I had one small issue with the work and they corrected it on the spot, These guys are real pros. The price was good for the overall workmanship. I would hire them again, and I highly recommend them."

"They gave me a bid and they took the work. They were really good. They were there before they said they'd actually be there. So they were ahead of time. They knocked out the project in a few days, sooner than they said. They knocked the roof out in less than two days. So I was definitely pleased. What makes them so good is their professionalism. They've been around for a long time. Everything was on point."

"I contacted Affordable Roofing because rain water was leaking into my house through my dryer vent. I also needed someone to replace a set of second floor window shutters. The roofer was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He identified the issue and explained the procedures for resolving it. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price quoted prior to performing the task was the price I paid. I will recommend Affordable Roofing and Angie’s list to my family and friends. M. "Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"Friendly, professional. and great work"

"I highly recommend using Six Gen Roofing. Brian came out the same day and determined that someone?s holiday celebration had caused a bullet hole in my roof. He showed me pictures. We were both surprised. It is a safe neighborhood and did not expect this. Brian fixed the problem and I was thankful for it. He was great."

"Great personal service and very knowledgeable of roofing, decking, exterior painting and repair work! Richard did a great job for a fair price! I am definitely going to use them for other jobs!"

"Excellent, my home looks like new again. I would highly recommend and will have repeat service when the time comes. All of my neighbors are already asking what I've done."
