"I did my homework and got several estimates to replace my roof. I finally decided to go with Norwood Roofing Systems. And I am very happy that I did. Mike Norwood was the salesperson who came to the house and explained thoroughly the process. He is very experience and patient which made me at ease to ask dummy questions. I got a bad leak which damaged badly a rafter of my roof, Mike and his teams took care of it graciously. I also got several of my screens replaced. It was quick and fast. The whole process was very smooth and done on time. We had rain on the day of install but the teams waited the next two days until the rain was stopped to start the work. I did not lose my spot on the working list.
