The scheduler not only got me scheduled, but took the time to speak to the operations manager about the issue on Monday and then called me back to avoid me wasting money. The operations manager then talked with me for awhile about the issue, again to avoid my wasting money. I have rarely had a company show this level of professionalism and customer care.
