"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"

"Called several plumbers for quotes to replace kitchen faucet and Dewolfe's was the most affordable and reasonable one for the work required. Michael, the plumber, gave an estimate but mentioned that we'd need additional parts. He offered to get them for a small fee or if we wanted to save money, we could get it ourselves (which we did). He texted the link for the part right away and came back the next day to replace our faucet. He was on time and very professional. "I actually had another plumber out the night before and an irrigation guy out that morning, but unfortunately the other plumber and irrigation guy assumed that the plumbing in my yard made sense.  The Butler guys were the only ones I could find that could come out the same day (aside from Ben Frank, but those guys are way expensive) so they were who I went with.  They came over about 2 hours after I called and dug around and did tests for what I wanna say was about 2 hours.  Do you remember the building in the Ghostbusters?  How it was made by demon worshippers or something and the architecture itself would increase spiritual power or something?  That's how my irrigation system is.  I'm pretty sure the same guy made it.  Anyway, the guys were pretty bewildered but eventually told me that the only thing that could possibly fix it would be if they capped off a mystery pipe which probably went to a sprinkler.  They capped it off and indeed the leak went away.  I'll need to actually fix the sprinkler when it's warmer out, but I don't need to do that for now.

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."
