"Renewal by Andersen sent a rep to our house. He measured our windows and provided an estimate, after a brief presentation. Initially, we were only going to replace half of our windows. We gave a down payment. The more we thought about it, the financing offer was too good to pass up. So, we asked if we could have our down payment back, and finance the replacement of all of our windows. They were happy to work with us. They gave us our payment back, and quickly helped us with the financing. We scheduled our replacement about 6 weeks in advance. The day of installation, the team arrived promptly at 8 a.m. They were able to get all of the windows in place by noon, and the sealing/installation was complete by about 5 p.m. They left the house very clean, inside and out. The windows were spotless. After the installation, a rep called to double check that everything was in order. She gave us her direct number, in case we had any problems (but, thankfully, there haven't been any issues)."

"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."
