I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

He explained what he was going to do and then got up on the roof to take measurements. This was noteworthy to me because many other roofers just gave us an estimate using satellite images without ever even talking to us or seeing the house. Our roof has a very flat section and we had wanted advice as to whether we needed a rubber roof. Our salesman was the only one out of more than 5 roofers we received quotes from that actually calcuated the pitch of our roof for us. Steve was very thorough with his project evaluation, reviewing all the details (such as materials, timing, what to expect, etc.) and answering all my questions. A great thing about working with Steve is he does what he says he will do. He showed up on time for the initial appointment, the estimate came when he said it would, the permit was obtained quickly, and the materials were delivered ahead of the scheduled start of the job.
