"Their quote came in middle of the road among the three I received for my local move a few towns over. They were willing to negotiate to get my business. They were not my most local option but price came in reasonable. The customer service rep I was assigned was nice to work with, always sounded caring, and I called her multiple times leading up to the move. I changed my move out/move in times several times and they were able to accommodate and showed up on time. The jobs came in slightly under estimate since the 4 guys were quite efficient, and I moved a lot of smaller/fragile things myself. They brought packing materials even though I said I didn't need any, and packed up the couple of things forgotten in back of closets, etc. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture (except baby crib for legal reasons) in better condition than it was before! (E.g. my table had been wobbly, they tightened it up.) I was nervous because I didn't have a personal recommendation from a friend for these guys, but it worked out and I would recommend to a friend."

"My move was a bit complicated and was done in stages. I had to move out on July 22nd, but didn't close on my house until Friday Aug 26and therefore needed storage in between. I was nervous about having my stuff loaded and unloaded twice but there was absolutely no damage and everything was delivered. I also needed to delay my move out of storage date due to my closing being delayed, changing the date was super easy as DN Van Lines were very accommodating. The crew disassembled and assembled back my furniture keeping all of the hardware in tact. The service was very professional and thorough. So thrilled with the experience!!
