The owner of the company, Les, came out personally and provided what I felt was an honest assessment of our issues (we were experiencing increasing ceiling leaking in the top floor units). He was clear to say he would not be the least expensive nor the most expensive, and he was correct. He got us on the schedule quickly and was in constant contact on when his team would arrive as weather was an issue. His team was courteous and left the work site clean.
