"I initially called another Angie's List tree service and they contacted Meca because they either were not in my area or could not service me in my timeframe.  Maria promptly called me and explained the referral came from the company I initially called.  I explained what I needed.  I asked if they were on Angie's List and Maria said they were.  They came out immediately and called me with an estimate. I asked for their insurance coverage and Maria promptly faxed the information to me. I called the following week and we agreed on a date in the same week and they arrived on time. The gentleman assessed the area and also provided me a copy of their insurance documents. He asked me exactly what I wanted trimmed.
