D&D worked with me on the design of the replacement, ensuring the new build would both fix the problems with the original design while keeping the same overall style of the existing structure. The result was more than a fix - it's an improvement on what we had. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

"they did an awesome job and the price was great, the only thing was they gave me a time frame when they were suppose to finish and it passed that date. communication is mostly through text but I did find a telephone number for them. also they measured using google maps and I had measured it 3x's and the person I spoke to said accuracy is 99% but they were short 3' of fence. I called the project manager and she was very nice and had the workers put me first before their next project. "
