He got the job done in 2 days and made sure that everything was good before he left. "It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Alex and his team are EXPERTS. They came in and repaired a concrete substrate that another contractor had damaged and badly repaired before re-laying engineered hardwood flooring. Smoothing/leveling the substrate was a difficult job. It was made even more difficult because the new flooring had to meet existing flooring in two highly visible places. The workmanship and quality is unsurpassed. Alex treated our project as though it was his own home. Executed perfectly. Professionalism at its best. Alex communicated with me excellently so I knew when he was arriving and the status of the project. Alex ran across a few surprises but handled them with skill. "We are extremely happy with our flooring project. Redesign scheduled the work and arrived on time the day we were told. They texted us while they were coming. As proposed they carefully moved the furniture to the side of the rooms, removed the carpet,prepped the floor for the new vinyl plank, moved the furniture back and completed the room. There wasn't a need for us to hire a moving company. The project was finished in the estimated time and vacuumed the entire house.
