Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. I am very happy with the work."

Mike as the primary contractor they used other contractors for select basis of the construction like demolition, electrical, plumbing and sheetrock spackle, we're satisfied with all of them as well, they were very professional and accommodating.
