"I've lost count how may times I've had Chatel Contraction do the work in my house and at my business location. We just finished a major kitchen renovation by knocking down walls and creating an unbelievable open concept layout. They stay on a very detailed schedule and make sure things get done in a timely manor going over and above when needed. The best of the best!!"

"Norman was very helpful in choosing the tile, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc. his scheduling was timely and the various craftsmen were excellent and really nice people and appeared when they were scheduled to. My husband and I are very pleased with the results . We would choose homecraft for any future renovations. Judy b merrick"

"Jeff and the team did a wonderful job renovating our basement. They took from bare walls to a completely new living space! They listened to our requests and executed very nicely on all the components, including new storage spaces, bar area, stairs, and a utility room. We will definitely hire Northgate again!"

"My wife had visualized her dream kitchen for years. Fine design came in and answered all her questions and delivered the kitchen that made her dreams come true. What impressed us in addition to the quality of the work was the consideration for the cleanliness of our home. I was so impressed that after the kitchen was done I had Fine Design come in to redo the rest of my home. From all the bathrooms to all the bedrooms and even the laundry room. My wife and I are delighted we contracted with Fine Design and are sure you would be too."

"Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jose again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable contractor."

"The kitchen and dining space was completely renovated, including new windows, sliding door, floors, ceiling, lighting, cabinets and appliances. The result was astonishing: we have got a contemporary kitchen full of light. Excellent quality of work, superb level of reliability!"

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Memo and his team on a major home renovation, and we could not be happier with the results. They installed multiple outlets, hi hats and dimming switched throughout the house, completely renovated our bathroom and added a pocket door, painted, repaired and spackled the kitchen, living room, and the rest of the house, updated our staircase and replaced bedroom doors, and installed beautiful molding throughout. Memo was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner and offering helpful suggestions along the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work truly stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the transformation of our home has been amazing. We absolutely loved working with Memo and are already looking forward to having him back to finish the rest of the house. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"I had my bathroom updated. Needed wallpaper removed and walls painted a new vanity and medicine cabinet installed. They did a great job. Picked up all materials and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend them. Oh, they also installed wainscotting.."
