Not only are they extremely accommodating but are willing to help and always give his advice as if it were his own house. We did a major home renovation which included replacing all windows, interior trim, added crown molding in all rooms, replaced interior doors, siding, sanded and stained all interior floors, replaced all plumbing and light fixtures, painted whole house as well as the garage and put epoxy on the garage floor etc. the list goes on. Memo also fixed any mishaps other trades did like when the electricians did any damage putting in new high hats or light switches. After an extremely successful basement renovation a few years ago, he and his team were the only people we wanted to tackle the work. Always professional, punctual and respectful of our home and our family, JBL breaks the all too common trope of the shady unreliable contractor. Dave and his team repaired the plumbing, redid the walls and ceiling, tiled the floors, electrical and painted all the while keeping us constantly informed and updated to their progress and any unforeseen issues. With JBL, I didn’t have to once worry about the job not being done and/or not being done right and as working parents of a toddler, that is a gift. Dave and his team are always welcome in our home and the only ones I call when we need work done."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."
