"These guys are local people and have started out in business.  They live not far away.  They are hired by the HOA.  I like that you don't have to worry about it.  I'm a senior citizen so I can't do a lot of that stuff.  They are very thorough and precise.  They started their company a few years ago when my arthritis started up so it was perfect for both of us.  They don't need to cut the grass every week, it doesn't always rain in the summer.  Their price fits right in line with everyone else, not any higher than anyone else.  Sometimes they cut the grass too short.  They are good.  Unless it rains they are there the same day each week.  They come same time same day each week unless it rains.
