"<p> From start to finish Bryon and his team were great. Bryon got back to me right away when I contacted him for an estimate. The information packet he provided with the bid included a reference list which enabled us to see shingles in place. This was very helpful in selecting the best option for our house. Bryon assisted us in processing the claim for the defective shingles on the existing roof and the claim settlement came promptly as a result of his efforts. We were kept informed of the timeline for the roof installation and everything was completed as promised. He answered all our questions throughout the process.</p> <p>The house is two story with several dormers and the roof itself has a steep pitch -- it wasn't the easiest roof to shingle. The crew that installed the roof was great, they worked almost non-stop when they were on site. I was very impressed with how they kept our yard and the surrounding areas picked up during the installation. They ensured all the old materials and nails were picked up from the around the house and on the driveway. "As far as price goes they were more than a couple of thousand dollars lesser than anybody else. It was not a simple roof and it was a big job. They were about 12 to 14 guys and they went through it in no time at all. They did a real nice job."

"I contacted Rand T in mid-summer to get their opinion on the best way to address some ice dam issues we have been having at our home over the past few years. They recommended a comprehensive air sealing and insulation package for the attic and examination of a valley-area of our roof. Their bid was right about 8K to perform the work, and we agreed. It took a while to get scheduled since this is their busy season, but we finally got on the books and the work was performed yesterday (10/13/14). <br /> The crew arrived and were friendly and professional. They got to work and after about 6 hours the job was complete. They blew in cellulose insulation to an R50 value, air sealed what needed to be sealed, and installed baffles where needed. Our attic space is awkward and I am sure there were some challenges, but they banged it out without problems. Afterward they cleaned up so you never knew they were there. The roof work included ensuring no damage to the underlying roof structure, making some minor changes to the way the gutter intersected with the valley area of our roof line, and replacing a few square feet of shingles. As I watched them, I thought I probably could have done this myself and saved that part of the expense - but live and learn. <br /> Overall, I thought they did a great job - of course, we will not know the true effectiveness of the efforts until winter - but we are hopeful this will remedy the situation. Overall, I give Rand T an and quot;Aand quot; for their professionalism, their quality of work, and their customer service. I would recommend them. <br />"

"They were very fast and very responsive.  There work to find the leak and fix it was well done, very prompt, and at a good price. <br /> They went above and beyond, even coming over on a weekend when we noticed a panel of siding that was bending near the work they did.  They came over and fixed it within an hour of my email.  Incredible!  <br /> They customer service throughout was excellent and their workmanship was, too.   <br /> We'd recommend them to all.  We've already recommended them to a friend who has some interior work needed. <br />"

"They will replace the shingles should they be defective for free. The warranty is also able to be passed on once to the buyer should we sell our home. They were about 5 to 8 thousand dollars cheaper than some of the larger companies that we had quotes from. They were on time, and cleaned up our yard well after each day of work. The owner of the company assisted in taking pictures of our old defective CertainTeed shingles, provided and helped us fill out the paper work, removed a defective shingle, and provided a box for us to send it all to CertainTeed so that we could receive some money back for our bad shingles. Top Notch also replaced a skylight for us. The owner measured and made sure to get the correct skylight for us. They also replaced some rotting plywood underneath our old roofing. Top Notch did a great job for us, and we would recommend them to others."

"Great! Responsive on the detailed estimate and explanation, updates on the install date, 1-day install on a large rambler roof, and clean up. Chris was onsite for the start and managed the repair, and came back at end of day to check the roof, vents, and clean up, then did the magnet and pick up again. The crew was polite, efficient and careful as well and a did a great job on clean up. The repair portion of the project was "ballpark priced" (until they tore into it to determine what was needed), but final price came in lower than we anticipated. Plus we were able to use an Angie's list coupon discount.  <br /> We were very impressed with the communications and install process.
