"Two words: Excellent, Professional. Tim is in constant communication; he answers his cell, he returns emails. His estimate was not a penny more or less than what he actually billed. He also had no problem waiting to cash our payment check to him (which as duly dated) until our products were returned. He worked 2 non consecutive days for me; the set up date and the tear-down date a few days later. If anything changed from our procedures he immediately followed up. The work involved a lot of logistics, planning and quite a bit of heavy lifting and a lot of manual labor; he performed so well I actually would have taken him back with us! Tim even made himself available to come to our hotel and pick up extra samples we needed shipped out as well as documentation I prepared for him. I will be hiring him again, without hesitation. If his renovation projects are as good as the work he did for us, I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Eau Claire WI area...and further. He is well worth it."

"Extremely well throughout the seven day projects. Lindus staff and all subcontractors did high quality work and were highly professional. The roofers were amazingly hard workers. After the project was done, we have had a number of people walking by comment on what a great job Lindus did and how unusual and beautiful the new roof is. A realtor has told us the work done by Lindus will increase the resale value of our house. The project financing we received is an exceptionally good deal: no payments for a year, no interest charges."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
