From the first FaceTime to see what I wanted replaced, which was so easy cause they can view your property online and no one had to come out and view anything. They quoted me very quickly and I was very happy with my quote. Took about two weeks for them to start since they were very busy. My installer, Gustavo did an amazing job. Took about a day and a half and it looks great. Just want to say Thank You to William, the Ergeon Representative, who measured and quoted my project , to Jose the Project Manager, making sure everything was running smoothly and of of course, Gustavo who was great and did a Fasticjob installing my new vinyl fence! "The workmanship of the actual vinyl fence was good, but the fence installation was sloppy. They spray painted the frame of the fence. There were many runs in the paint, and they got some overspray on my neighbor’s fence. My husband & I brought this to the attention of the company’s supervisors, and they rescheduled the workers to come out & correct the errors. I held back my final payment until the corrections were made. It seems like the frame of the vinyl fence should be painted in the shop & not at the homeowner’s property."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
