With the help of his qualified, experienced team, that continued to work during the harsh winter months, the challenges were not insurmountable. Jesse added volume and stability to the fondation by creating a walkout basement, with large windows and sliding-glass doors to admit daylight. The custom staircase added architectural appeal. Jesse designed the great room with an open floor plan facing the mountains. Additionally, the hard surface areas, such as driveways and roofs create runoff, but this was thoughtfully planned to have the runoff directed away from the foundation.
