Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. "His name is Brian true.  I have used him several times.  They do good with dry wall, laying new floor, taking windows in and out and all the repair works around the house.  The guy does not argue back when I ask him to do something.  You know how you live in the house, and you know how you want things done and a lot of repair men they don’t follow.  One time I had put a paper on the wall where I want the hole, I put the exact measurements on that paper and taped it to the wall and I made the drastic mistake of going to work that day.  The repair man made the hole in the wall where I wanted it and I asked him a couple of months later why he made the hole so big and he replied that I would have wanted a bigger air conditioner later so he made it bigger.  Stuff like that happen to me all the time.  They don’t do what I ask them to do.  They do what they think is better.  This guy is not like that.  He does what you want him to do.  His prices are reasonable.  As for his punctuality he might be an hour or two late but he would show up the day that he said he said he would show up."
