"We hired them to help clog a drain in our bathrooms. 1st guy tried and just said he couldn't get it and without a sorry I'll come back or even a screw you would have been nice. Called back the following day expressed our frustration they sent a different guy he made more attempts to fix but still nothing. Asked to have owner call to discuss no response. After the fact found out they are NOT bbb approved. Be careful with this company very unsatisfied after over 400.00 worth of nothing. ****update the owner finally called us back and came back out and fixed the problem. Took almost 2 weeks but the problem is fixed he did do a couple of things that were not related and did give us some credit back financially."
