The technician who came out spent more time here than was covered in the Big Deal and did not charge anything extra. Only the owner came out to do the work. He walked over the entire roof and nailed down shingles that had come up because the old nails had popped up. He also put caulking along the area and made other suggestions to me regarding drainage and down spouts. This was the first time I used this company.
