We had a couple of issues with products that were outside of MK's control but they were very diligent in following up with the companies to ensure that we received replacement parts, i.e. a couple of damaged doors received as well as a broken window. We were very pleased with the way MK worked with us and the cabinet company/window company to ensure complete satisfaction on our part."
