A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. "We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."

"Juan Carlos came out and was very professional. He called before arrival and explained everything he saw that was wrong. When he installed the water line he noticed some more problems and showed me. He recommended how to fix them an then we proceeded. He was decently priced and honest. I recommend him to anyone. We have found our plumber!"

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"I purchased a coupon for $175 toward a plumbing service call and a credit toward repairs. I wish I had checked the company's service hours, as they are only available between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, so it can be difficult to schedule an appointment if you or someone in your household can't easily miss work. Also, the coupon was supposed to include a credit toward repairs, but I was still charged $85 for the part, so I'm not sure whether this included the credit or whether I was charged erroneously. Otherwise, the job was completed quickly and the technician was professional.

"I had two toilets (provided by JP) and washlet toilet seats installed and the related shutoff valves replaced. Ernesto provided great quotes. While there, he also installed two lines for icemakers, noticed a leaking valve to a hose bib and fixed it for a very reasonable price, and gave a great quote for a water heater. All told, I got everything I asked Len the Plumber to quote plus a few extras for less than half the price I was quoted by them. I had him install a new water heater for about 2/3 of the estimates I'd seen for doing so. When I had a dryer delivered today, one of the delivery men complemented the plumbing on it out of the blue. They were delayed an hour or so on the second day of work, but they kept me appraised of the timing and stayed into early evening to finish that day. I'm not even knocking half a star off for that--they knew I was flexible in timing, and I assume they were delayed to finish up for another customer they probably served just as well as me. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, everything works great, and I heartily recommend Ernesto and the JP Plumbing crew for any plumbing work you might have."
