"Chris, a plumber, was professional, timely, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process well before he started working on it. There were some challenges with replacing my sum pump, but Chris found the way to resolve them even though it took him longer than expected."

"repaired the temperature mixing valve in the shower and a leaking frost free anti syphon water bib. greater service and repairs were complete without replacing the valves, just adjustments-- reliable, knowledgeable, on time, and very pleasant plumber--- I would highly recommend this plumber"

"The night before my biannual HVAC check up, I found my basement had some flooding. I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. No one wants to have their sump pump die, but mine did this week. Today Ethan and David came by to check on the new furnace and airconditiong system I had installed last year. THANK GOD they came today. It was a rescheduled visit, but I found out my basement had flooded a bit. I had my HVAC unit inspected and now they are installing a new sump pump Monday. I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit."

"I had a couple of valves that hook into the laundry machine that needed to be replaced. Terrence did a great job. The price was also quite reasonable."

"It was fantastic . John the owner check out and verified the pump is bad . He clean and fast. Passionate with his work . Very competitive."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"I would recommend this company immediately for anyone looking to have insulation work done. Our house was extremely drafty and bills for heating and cooling were high- after the initial consult , I was sold and hired them. The job was no small task but I was very impressed with the teams professionalism, attention to detail and their very special attention to keeping the place in some order in between the days of the project. I can't say anything negative about any part of the experience- even the ceiling repair team was amazing. Thank you John, Scott and team!"
