The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided."
