They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there.
