"Jay Moody Rocks! I had Jay Moody install 3 Mitsubishi split AC units in 2019. I had quotes from 3 other installers and their price was by far better than the rest. On the day of installation the owner helped me go online and submit for 2 rebates I was eligible for - it took all of 15 minutes - simply awesome (btw, I know multiple people that have split AC units installed and their installer never even mentioned rebates to them). Shortly after the installation there was a leak in one of my lines (stuff happens) and they came right out to troubleshoot and fix it at no charge. This year (2022) I noticed my system was not performing the way it should. As it turns out, the repair that was done back in 2019 still had a very slight leak. Now that it is repaired my system is working awesome! I sent the new owners the "detailed" history of my service since the initial installation explaining this was the same section of the line that leaked and was repaired on the initial installation. It was checked once since and because it was such a slight leak they were unable to verify it at that time. Without any pain or back and forth, the new owners made it right! Words can't express how surprised, appreciative, and satisfied I was - it's rare to find customer service like this these days!
