"Great, he's efficient, professional, focused and friendly and always cleans up after the job too. He is highly skilled and there is not one difficult job that he did not do to perfection. I feel confident that all my electrical jobs are done with safety in mind. Extremely happy with the service I have received over 8 years of using his services and recommend him highly."

"Excellent communication and responsiveness/follow-through. Work done according to plan. Crew cleaned up thoroughly after the work was finished. The work ended up being twice the initial estimate which is frustrating but I wouldn't blame that on the crew - they discovered things as they went along that they couldn't have originally seen. Overall just very professional and confidence-instilling. I highly recommend this outfit. <br />"

"We received a preliminary quote very easily from their showroom. After checking with 3 more places we realized they were by far the best price. (One place actually came in 3x higher.) When I called to covert it to a job they had a guy stop by that day and measure and go over the details of the job. The install date took a while but that could have been partly our fault as we went away for a few weeks before the job was done. The only reason I gave them a mark down on professionalism is because they sent 3 guys to do the work and it seemed like only the older guy did 90% of the work. At times the younger (20's) were swinging on my kids swing and sitting down watching the other guy work. Final product was excellent though. One reason why I choose them was that they installed a fence 25 years ago at my parents house that still looks great, so I had no fear of them just being cheaper."

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Merrimack, NH

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
