We agreed on price and he put us on his schedule 2 weeks later. They showed up day one and worked hard in the heat, dirt, and we hardly heard a word out of them. I expected the job to take 2 weeks or more however in 4 days they were done. They did everything I asked of them and the work was great. Roland showed up with his daughter and crew they were all nice polite and I would definitely hire them again"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
