"The gentleman from Adkins came to clean the dryer vents. The first dryer vent all went well. Second dryer vent, he accidentally broke a water pipe that flooded the condo. So he and my husband spent well over an hour sucking up water from the unit. He then proceeded to go to Ace Hardware to buy cement which my husband paid for to fix the pipe. Then continued the other four units without another issue. He then gave my husband a bill for $75 times six equals $450 for vent cleaning. My husband didn t have his credit card and he was going to call the company to give the credit card info. Once they spoke, the gal said it wasn t $75. It was $91 and he told her that I had talked to them twice and both times was quoted $75. She said that was not the case so they went back-and-forth until finally, there was a resolution of $400 giving my husband $50 for his cement and time vacuuming the water and added the credit card charge so we paid $412"
