"Contacted Jim to do a removal, sanitize and insulation replacement. Waited a few weeks to write this review to allow an honest review post service. Jim and his crew were efficient, responsible and respective of our time and space. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day and returned to usable state. As for removal and replacement of insulation-we have found that the house (2800sqft) seems to maintain a more consistent temperature, providing increased comfort more consistently throughout the days where temperatures have been above 108 degrees. (Previously, we had two rooms that were warmer than the rest of the house). Our AC does not seem to run as often, and I am waiting for our latest AC run time report as well as electric bill to determine true efficiencies. We are doing comparatives on the cost of adding insulation to the attic and sealing leaking vent, ducts and returns. We told them we were not interested in Solar and they did not force the issue.
