"I put my info on home advisors. We had multiple roofers out to estimate the roof repair. Jon, owner of York roofing, did not try to upcharge or fix what did not need fixed. He gave a very reasonable price to fix the roof. His crew was out 2 days later at 0730 just like he said. They were done by noon. They also did lots of extras they found when working and did not charge for them! The roof is beautiful top notch job. Jon is truly a fair, honest man and has an incredible crew! "I’ve had German Roofing care for roofs on 2 of the homes I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. The first was a tile roof and the current is a flat roof. The current flat roof needed cleaning and recoating, which was done early May, 2024. They were great about honoring a work proposal they did 10 months earlier and kept to that price, despite prices going up like they have for so many things. We scheduled the work, I gave them the required 50% downpayment, and they reminded me by both phone and email before the day the work was to be done. Two workmen showed up on time and cleaned, patched and recoated the roof of my 1900sf house. They were courteous and respectful and focused on their work. The owner, Manuel, who is a super pleasant and nice guy, came by in the afternoon to check on their progress and let me know they would need to come back the following day to finish things up and that after letting the coating completely dry for several days, he would come back to inspect the work that had been done. The workmen finished the following day and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Manuel did return as promised 4 days later, got up on the roof, and emailed me photos of the completed work. Yet again, my experience with German Roofing was very positive."

"I would have liked to give Five Stars for the quality of the service for our flat roof; however, we also had a repair of the plastering inside done by MSW. The plastering was sub-par and we had to pay to have it redone. I would highly recommend MSW for roofing but not for detailed interior plastering. In all fairness, I did not have the nerve to provide this feedback to MSW at the time. The supervisor did not check on the interior work."
