When I contacted Michael about the issue, he sent Jason from his team to assess the damage. Instead of offering a real solution, all he suggested was to "clean the grout." He said he would follow up with Michael to make things right, but that never happened. It?s now been over two weeks, and both Michael and Jason have become completely unresponsive. This level of customer service is unacceptable. They caused visible damage to my new home and then refused to take responsibility or provide a resolution. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
