"My experience from the very beginning with Sally, who booked my appointment for the next day was funny, professional and courteous. My A/C unit stopped cooling. After getting a quote from a "company" that I've used for many years, something told me to get a second opinion. Not only did Casey fix the problem, he couldn't confirm the "company's" findings - refrigerant leak and oil leak from the blower! Firstly, I was told by the company that the coil needed to be replaced which would be approximately $2,700.00. Then I was told I would need a completely new A/C unit because they were not able to get the coil, as my unit was so old. When I Googled the cost of a "standard" unit replacement it was between $5K-$12k. I'm on a fixed income & let's just say that Cassal Cooling & Heating treated me really well.
